Getting help

Include your app version, macOS version, Mac model and whether the issue occurs in the app or screensaver. Describe what happened and what you expected.

Do not send your precise location, credentials or unredacted logs. Remove personal information from screenshots before sending them.

Missing flights, routes or photos

Coverage varies by area and provider. Some aircraft have no published route or matching photo. Temporary provider outages and rate limits can also affect results.
